Are you struggling with something? Here you will find some friendly ears to help you work through something that’s challenging you. You can give support to others as well. When you are check in here, it can be helpful to use a scale for how you are feeling. Ask yourself, “How am I feeling today?” then, use the heart that most closely matches your mood. 
As you're exploring Mumbles Academy, if you see someone with a lower emotional heart vibration would you offer some encouragement to that person? Ask how you can support them or offer to light a candle, especially if you are a higher heart vibration.
